Labour Management Committees:
- The Labour Management Committee is a joint committee comprising employers, workers, and often union representatives. Their purpose is to suggest (and monitor the implementation of) improvements in efficiency and working conditions and iron out minor problems. Matters not resolved at the labour management level may be moved to the grievance process and collective bargaining.
The Labour Management Committee (LMC) comprises six members, three from Local 1842 and three from Management. The LMC is scheduled to meet quarterly, and the minutes are emailed by the employer or can be found on the County Intranet.
Our current LMC representatives are Kelly Conner, Mike Bons and Jordan Richter. For questions or concerns regarding Labour Management, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Meghann at unionsecretary1842@gmail.com.
Note: Meeting dates will be posted on the Site Calendar.
